Exploring the Chakras: A Healing Journey is a 7-part series of monthly dynamic group healing sessions that will guide you through the seven primary energy centers (or chakras) in the body, root to crown. Tuning into and harmonizing our chakras helps us find alignment and harmony in our lives, release stuck energy so that we can move forward with ease, and have better clarity around our next steps. Each session will be 1.5 hours and consist of a variety of modalities to connect with our core life force energy. Attendees will also learn self-healing techniques and receive a group healing around each chakra.

Whether you’re familiar with the chakra system or new to it, these healing sessions are a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of how your body works on an energetic level. I created this series with my friends at Interweave as a way to connect the spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional aspects of the self and to open ourselves up to healing across all of them. Each workshop will be unique and dynamic; they are not lectures or trainings. I will guide you through practices from diverse modalities – we might meditate, chant, dance, draw, write, share, or anything else that feels good!

You can drop in for just the ones that you feel drawn to or follow the whole journey root to crown for a full body experience! But do know, this series is designed to shatter old patterns that no longer serve you and help you shift to a truer, healthier, easier way of being your self.
